Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT POLICY Robotic Camp Cary / Robotic Camp / Mindfulness Matters LLC Registration & Administration Fee A non-refundable $25 administration fee is due at the time of registration and applies to all enrollments. This fee will be deducted from any eligible refund in the event of a cancellation. Payment Full payment is due at the time of registration. Your child's spot is not reserved until payment is received in full. Cancellation & Refunds All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to roboticcampinfo@gmail.com. Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be processed back to your original payment method. The $25 non-refundable administration fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds. 30 or more days before camp start — Full refund minus $25 administration fee 14–29 days before camp start — 50% refund minus $25 administration fee 8–13 days before camp start — Camp credit toward a future session (no cash refund) 7 days or fewer before camp start — No refund, no credit No-shows — No refund, no credit Camp Credits Camp credits do not expire and may be applied to any Robotic Camp program or future session. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another family. Cancellation by Robotic Camp In the rare event that Robotic Camp must cancel or reschedule a session, registered families will receive a full refund including the $25 administration fee, or the option to transfer enrollment to another available session at no additional cost. Health-Related Cancellations If your child is unable to attend due to a documented medical illness or emergency, please contact us at roboticcampinfo@gmail.com prior to the start of camp.
