That's not what we do. In our Signature LEGO Robotics and Cutebot programs, kids build a physical robot with their hands before a single line of code makes it move. They watch cause and effect happen in the real world; a bad line of code means the robot drives into the wall, in front of them, not in a simulation. That's a different, deeper kind of learning than clicking through an online course, and it's exactly the hands-on-first approach that first pulled us away from a laptop-only model years ago.

Coding can look like a solitary pursuit from the outside. In our programs, it's the opposite: put a group of curious, driven kids in a room together, and it becomes a hub of collaborative problem-solving. Campers explain their logic to each other, troubleshoot each other's code, and cheer when a robot finally nails a run.
They learn early that their best ideas get better with someone else's eyes on them. For a homeschooled student, that's a version of classroom collaboration: teamwork, communication, learning to take feedback, all without giving up the flexibility and personalized pace that made homeschooling the right choice for your family in the first place.
